Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIGNAL handles information when you use the SIGNAL Discord bot and this website. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

This website does not have accounts, logins, or contact forms, and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. Clicking "Add to Discord" takes you to Discord's own website, which is covered by Discord's privacy policy.

To work, SIGNAL receives information from Discord when it is in your server or when you use a command, which may include:

• Discord user IDs, usernames and avatars.
• Server IDs, channel IDs and role information.
• The commands you run and the text or options you include with them.

Information is used only to run SIGNAL's features — for example, to carry out a moderation action, show user or server information, set a reminder or AFK status, or display a leaderboard.

Some features, such as reminders, AFK status, profiles and leaderboards, may require SIGNAL to store limited information like user IDs, server IDs and related settings so the feature works over time. SIGNAL does not sell your information.

SIGNAL operates on Discord, which processes your information under its own Privacy Policy. Features such as AI, translation and weather may send the text or location you provide in that command to a third-party service in order to generate a response. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in these commands.

Stored information is kept only as long as needed for the related feature. Removing SIGNAL from your server stops it from receiving new information from that server. You may request deletion of stored information related to you or your server at any time.

Users and server administrators can request access to, or deletion of, applicable information by contacting us in our community Discord server or through the Support page.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information SIGNAL handles. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

SIGNAL is intended for people who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
